Events take place rain or shine. Weather conditions do not qualify for a refund. Keystone Milsim may adjust or pause gameplay when necessary for participant safety.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Ticket transfers are accepted. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another eligible participant for the same event. Contact Keystone Milsim before the event with your order number and the replacement participant’s name and contact information so registration can be updated. The replacement participant must complete all required waivers and meet event requirements.
